If you find them all you wont unlock any trophy, but you will unlock 3 different unique melee weapons which can be used in Multiplayer: The Cricket Bat, The Soveig’s Knife and The Coupe Coupe Machete. So we will guide you during the chapters in order to unlock the 3 weapons:
